Havana (Spanish: La Habana) is the capital of the island nation of Cuba.

A pearl in the eyes of both Conquistador and Slaveholder, La Habana is seen as the greatest city on the greatest island of the whole Caribbean.
Its old Spanish villas and cathedrals create a snapshot of medieval Iberia in the New World. The city has seen its share of tyrants, presidents and despots, but now, it is the centre of revolutionary fervor in the Carribean.
