Ivan Georgievich Stepanov (Иван Георгиевич Степанов, born on the 13th of September 1916 in Aban, Yenisei Governorate, Russian Empire) is one of generals and a possible leader of the Siberian Black Army.

Stepanov in OTL was a sergeant major, gun commander of the 1428th Light Artillery Regiment, leader of the 65th Light Artillery Brigade, 18th Artillery Division, 3rd Breakthrough Artillery Corps, and the 2nd Shock Army.
He was a participant in the Leningrad Front and the Great Patriotic War. Later earning the title Hero of the Soviet Union.
