Karl Chmelewski (born on the 16th of July 1903, Frankfurt, German Empire) is a former SS officer, concentration camp commandant of Gusen and Herzogenbusch, and potential leader of the Oberkommando Südafrika (High Command of South Africa). He can lead the Oberkommando if the Afrika-Schild achieves total victory against the OFN-backed Union of South Africa assisting the Afrikaner Volkstaat in the South African War, and when Hans Hüttig; Reichskommisar of Ostafrika successfully kills Wolfgang Schenck and uncessfully Siegfried Müller annexing both of their Reichskommissartiats territory and proclaiming the Großafrikanischer Reichsstaat, if the Volkstaat collapses and the Second South African War begins as one of its belligerents sent by Hüttig to restore order in the South.
