Karl Chmelewski (born on the 16th of July 1903, Frankfurt, German Empire) is a former SS officer, concentration camp commandant of Gusen and Herzogenbusch, and potential leader of the Oberkommando Südafrika (South Africa High Command of South Africa). He can lead the Oberkommando if the Afrika-Schild achieves total victory against the OFN-backed Union of South Africa assisting the Afrikaner Volkstaat in the South African War, and when Hans Hüttig; Reichskommisar of Ostafrika successfully kills Wolfgang Schenck and uncessfullyunsucessfully Siegfried Müller annexing both of their Reichskommissartiats territory and proclaiming the Großafrikanischer Reichsstaat,Reichstaat. ifAfter the Volkstaat collapsessplits andfrom the Reichstaat, Chmielewski will attempt to bring South Africa back under Hüttig's reign. If the Oberkommando wins the Second South African War, beginsthey aswill oneinevitably ofcollapse itswhen belligerentsHüttig's sentempire does, with Chmielewski being assassinated by HüttigWilhelm Dommes, leading to restoreyet orderanother balkanization in South Africa ensuring that the Southcountry is dead from another attempt of unification.
