The Siberian Protection Committee is a potential state that can appear in the Russian Far East if Alexander Men's Divine Mandate of Siberia unifies the Far East and if Pavel Sudoplatov's influence rises to high, and attempts to coup Alexander Men, but accidently kills him, causing the collapse of the Divine Mandate into 7 different states. It consists of the territories of Amur and Magadan. When formed it borders the Transbaikal Governorate to the Southwest, First Army "Dmitry Donskoy" to the Northwest, and the Kolyma Developmental Zone to the North.
