South Sulawesi Emergency Government

The South Sulawesi Emergency Government is a nation that forms during the Indonesian Civil War. They are a pro-government group located in Sulawesi islands.

As Indonesia splits apart between the Unitary Republic and the Free Republic, the Emergency Government and its loyal government have pledged allegiance to Sukarno. However, they are stuck in a vulnerable position, as the pro-Sukarno forces in Makassar are weak, despite fortifying the city they hold, and only able to wait for Sukarno's rescue against the South Sulawesi Guerilla Unit.

In the meantime, Governor Andi Pangerang's forces do their best to keep the rebels at bay, desperately waiting for Sukarno and his forces to relieve them. As such he has kept himself in Makassar, hoping to bide his time for help to arrive as more of his officers desert to the rebels.
