In-Game Description[edit | edit source]

The "Heart Between Two Seas" rests in the northwest corner of Baja California overlooking the Pacific. It is one of the largest cities in Mexico and a significant manufacturing center in North America. Its adjacency to the United States has brought many advantages to Tijuana, including multitudes of tourists from California; during Prohibition, the city served as a destination for U.S. nationals looking to avoid the alcohol ban. Today, its relevance as a fantastic coastal city intrigues the United States and Japan while giving the Mexicans a beautiful city to be proud of.
