V1.2.0c "Toolbox Theory" Patch C
V1.2.0c Toolbox Theory Patch C was released on 21 November 2021. It involved minor additions, bug fixes and various changes to the Toolbox Theory Update.
Minor additions[edit | edit source]
- Made it possible for the C.A.R to reach its Diplomatic Decolonization ending
- Overhauled the AI strategies for the Western Insurrection
Balance Changes[edit | edit source]
- Gave the C.A.R Cores on its territory
- Added more buildings to the African RKs
- Halved the Political Power Gain from being a Superpower
- Japan and her Spherelings should now be more active in the Great Asian War
- Rebalanced some strong Generals
- Halved the PP Loss on SAW Discontent
- Reduced SAW Discontent Gain dramatically
- Reduced the political effect from proxy war conclusions for the USA.
- Improved how AI handles the Western Insurrection Warlord GUI
- Reduced the effects of Gazaland Devastation and Chinese focuses in the context of poverty
Other Changes[edit | edit source]
- Added a Cold War Victory for Japan and the Great Asian War
- eenabled some dissident event chains for Yunnan
- Made it so that Westmoreland and Lavelle can't command the US and Mandates at once
- Added Description to OFN East Africa/C.A.R Ministers
- Fixed the GUI Bar for African Mandates in the Foreign Policy tab
- Added Creighton Abrams as a new US Field Marshal
- Jola will join the WAC on the side of Wolofia
- West African nations lose national spirits to reflect changes
- Added some new icons - Added a bio to John D Lavelle as a general
- Changed Savimbi's Popularity Piechart post OFN-Mandate to feature the MPLA
- Added Policy Effectiveness to the OFN Mandates
- Made it so that Creighton Abrams, John D. Lavelle, and William Westmoreland transfers to the Mandates as generals to avoid duplicates, and makes them return after the Mandates end.
- Added an epilogue event to the C.A.R.
QoL improvements[edit | edit source]
- Hid the available trigger for Yunnan decision "Our Mission" since this decision merely acts as an info button
Bug Fixes[edit | edit source]
- Novosibirsk no longer nukes Texas's economy
- Capitulating the Boers following the formation of the Grossafrikanischer Reichsstaat no longer causes the war to instantly end and for only the East African mandate to form
- Fixed various misspellings of "Kanlurang" as "Kanrulang"
- Partial fix to some policy effectiveness tooltips not being properly defined
- Fixed the invest button in Battle of Sichuan mechanic doesn't have a cooldown
- Fixed a misleading tooltip in the invest button of Battle of Sichuan mechanic, where having insufficient pp / guns to invest is displayed as not meeting the cooldown requirement
- Fixed AI Long Yun not attacking Xinjiang / Ma Clique / Tibet during the GAW if they managed to capitulate Guangdong, Mengjiang, and Manchuria
- Fixed Huttig not receiving cores on some South African states if the SAW ends after the Reichsstaat is formed
- Increased the percentage of unit loss during the collapse of the Reichsstaat from 70% to 80% Fixed Zlatoust not being annexed after capitulation
- Fixed events with broken localizations for the West African Crisis - Bichelonne doesn't become the King of France anymore
- Switzerland subideology displays properly now
- Burgundy can no longer grant humanitarian aid to South Africa in the SAW
- Slightly optimized West African peace deals - Added several failsafes to peace deals
- Fixed BFI granting massive poverty reduction bonuses
- Fixed Guangdong VPs turning to Japanese after Guangdong capitulates
- Fixed a Werbell decision category that confused the Iraqi Republic for the Republic of Iraq, and vice-versa
- Fixed a bug where the Oil Crisis would never conclude if Yemen or Oman was the last civil war to conclude
- Fixed post-oil crisis faction statuses for Middle Eastern nations in the OFN
- Fixed Canada World Event Spam
- Fixed a bug causing Kaya's government to collapse in his first tree
