The Divine Mandate of Siberia is a potential country that can form in 1963 after the German Civil War has begun. It will be established by Alexander Men, who will unify the Unorganized Siberian Territories in the Far East to establish a state governed by Christian anarchist principles.
The Divine Mandate was formerly a unifier that could reunite Russia, but this content was cut in the Unfinished Business update as the developers were not sure how to incorporate it into the Smuta.
