The Divine Mandate of Siberia is a potemtial country that can form in 1963 after the German Civil War has begun. It will be established by Alexander Men, who will unify the Unorganized Siberian Territories in the Far East to establish a state governed by Christian anarchist principles.
The Divine Mandate was formerly a unifier that could reunite Russia, but this content was cut in the Unfinished Business update as the developers were not sur ehow to incorprate it into the Smuta.
Gameplay
The Divine Mandate does not appear on the map at agme stary. it will appear in 1963 after the German Civil War has broken out.

Trivia
- The 2022 April Fools Update replaced the Divine Mandate with a vastly different country, Ponylon, which can see a ponified version of Nikolai Bukharin become a unifier. However, it is still possible for Alexander Men to wind up as the leader of Ponylon, provided he is able to successfully overthrow Bukharin (of course, if the update is not enabled in the gameplay rules, Ponylon will not spawn).
