Heriberto Schwartau Eskildsen (born on the 15th August 1917) is the leader of the National Socialist League and potential leader of Colombia if the Second Patriotic Army is victorious in La Violencia and when Alfonso Uribe Misas is assassinated by URC remnants, plunging the Free State of Colombia in a 2nd Civil War between his League, the Free State, and the Democratic Republic of Colombia.
