José Luis de Arrese

José Luis de Arrese y Marga (born on the 15th of April 1905) is the potential leader of the Frente Azul (Blue Front), and is one of three splinter factions within Falangist Spain (with the other two being the Asturian Workers' Battalion and the National Redemption Front) if the Iberian Union faces crisis after crisis eventually triggering the Iberian Wars. He can rise up against the Falangists if war exhaustion is over 70 percent.
