National Coalition Party
Founded : 1918
Political Position : Right-Wing

The National Coalition Party (Finnish: Kansallinen Kokoomus) is a right-wing Finnish political party. The party was founded in 1918 as a union between the members of the Finnish Party and the Young Finnish Party who wanted the newly formed nation of Finland to be a Constitutional Monarchy. That effort failed so the K.K re-aligned themselves as a party of nationalist conservatives. During the Winter War and World War Two, the K.K. became the main political party advocating that Finland align itself with the Germans, a stance they have implemented now that the party controls a majority of the Finnish government.
