Because Kamchatka is not a unifier, they will not do anything of note, instaed just idling to themselves until they are annexed by a Far Eastern unifier - typically the [[Divine Mandate of Siberia]]. However Kamchatka is able to peacefully unify with [[Irkutsk]] and [[Buryatia]].
