Ugly American Patch B is the v1.4.1b patch for The New Order released on April 3, 2023, mainly fixing on bugs in the new content released in the Ugly American v1.4.1 update

  • Changed Jose Avelino's description
  • Corrected the Cuba skeleton to have Castro be elected first

Madagascar Bug Fixes[edit | edit source]

  • Fixed errors with Madagascar leaders in skeleton
  • Clarified mechanics of the strike system for America's side in Madagascar

Asian Bug Fixes[edit | edit source]

  • Updated the starting national spirits for the Free Philippines
  • Fixed missing CIA tooltip for influencing Malaya's election

Carribean Bug Fixes[edit | edit source]

  • Fixed bug with the Haitian Civil War graph not properly counting to 100
  • Fixed some national spirits and dynamic modifiers in the Dominican Republic not being removed
  • Fixed CTD in the Puerto Plata Invasion rebel peace deal
  • Several decision and mission balance changes to the Haitian Civil War
  • Fixed the Haitian United Front not properly disbanding
  • Added proxy conclusion effects and political effects to the Ceasefire and Civil War resolution events for the Puerto Plata Invasion
  • The Haitian Uprising will no longer happen unless the PPLN has units to fight the war
  • Haitian Civil War will trigger later to avoid proxies cluttering together in mid '63

  • Alexander Men can now properly unify the Far East and then collapse if he beats the rest of the contenders in the region

Miscellaneous Bug Fixes[edit | edit source]

  • Animation, GUI, and various trigger adjustments to reduce lag
  • Changed the frame rate of animated graphics to cut back on lag
  • Fixed spelling on Imminent Threat Neutralized achievement
