Alfonso Uribe Misas (born on the 26th of December 1896) is the potential leader of the Second Patriotic Army, prior to that when Barranquilla is taken over by Ariociollists and when La Violencia resumes around the year 1965. If his Second Patriotic Army were to win La Violencia, they would be known as the Free State of Colombia, however it doesn't last long as Uribe Misas is later assassinated by URC remnants, plunging Colombia in yet another Civil War.
