NotesThe civil war happens only if Turkey wins the Italo-Turkish War and attempts to incorporate Lebanon into the Syrian National State.

The Lebanese Civil War is a conflict that occurs right after a Turkish victory in the Italo-Turkish War. When Turkey attempts to integrate the newly captured Lebanon into Syria, an anti-Turkish Arab uprising occurs in the attempt to try and create a independent Lebanese state.
