Kamchatka
Kamchatka, officially the Soviet Pacific Fleet, is a Russian warlord state located in the Far East. It borders the Unorganized Siberian Territories to the north, the Bering Sea to the east, the Pacific Ocean to the south and the Sea of Okhotsk to the west.

The statelet is controlled by the remanants of the Red Banner Pacific Fleet, led by Admiral Ivan Yumashev.
They are not a unifier and have no content as of the The Ruin update.
History
Initally the Pacific Fleet fell under the command of Genrikh Yagoda after the fall of Moscow, but follwing the collapse of Yagoda's Far Eastern regime they fled to the Kamchatka peninsula and turned rogue, constructing a makeshift naval base out of fishing villages and abandoned cities. Having little to no way to obtain supplies by trade, the Pacific Fleet have been forced to turn to piracy to survive.

| The Flight East | Though the West Russian War ended almost a decade ago, Western Russia has never known peace with the Germans. Instead, life has been punctuated by regular bombings from the Luftwaffe, an unending campaign of terror meant to permanently hobble a one-time adversary.
Though many Russians have found ways to live amid this violence, others have tried to escape it by fleeing east. This steady stream of refugees has permanently altered the distribution of Russia's population, with many migrating to the far reaches of the country that remain untouched by the Nazi war machine. |

Because Kamchatka is not a unifier, they will not do anything of note, instaed just idling to themselves until they are annexed by a Far Eastern unifier - typically the Divine Mandate of Siberia. However Kamchatka is able to peacefully unify with Irkutsk and Buryatia.
Trivia
A submod, Kamchatka: The Pacific Fleet, gives this warlord state slightly more content, allowing the player to accumulate supplies and move the Soviet Pacific Fleet to the last remnants of the Soviet State in Archangelsk under the WRRF. This mod was then merged with Second West Russian War.
