Rumania, officially the Kingdom of Rumania, is a country located in the Balkans. It borders the Tsardom of Bulgaria, the Independent State of Serbia, the Kingdom of Hungary, the Generalgouvernement, Reichkommissariat Ukraine and the Transnistria Governorate. It also has a consistant border with the Black Sea to its East.
