Onega Deunification[edit | edit source]
If Onega manages to defeat the West Russian unifier when they come knocking, Onega will annex a vast swathe of northern Russia and declare the Northern Russian Republic. It will then proceed to create a string of allied nations out of the remaining land.

Zlatoust Deunification[edit | edit source]
If Zlatoust manages to defeat the West Siberian unifier, it will annex most of the Urals and proclaim the Ural Republic. It will then form new allied nations out of the remaining land.

Black League Collapse[edit | edit source]
If the Black League fails to deal with Pavel Batov's insurgency after unifying West Siberia, then Batov will eventually assassinate Yazov, which causes the Black League to implode and eight smaller states to emerge from its ashes.

Siberian Workers Deunification[edit | edit source]
If the Central Siberian unifier is defeated by the Siberian Workers' Federation when they revolt, the Federation will subsequently collapse due to infighting, creating four smaller entities.

Siberian Free Territory Collapse[edit | edit source]
If the Siberian Black Army mismanages the Siberian Plan or strays too far into authoritarianism in their regional focus tree, the remanants of the other Central Siberian warlords will reestablish their governments, and other warlords will assert their authority independently from Kansk, fracturing the Free Territory's realm into nine statelets.

Divine Mandate Collapse[edit | edit source]
The Divine Mandate of Siberia can collapse if Pavel Sudoplatov's influence grows too high - should this happen Sudoplatov will launch an attempted coup against Alexander Men, only to end up killing him by mistake, and the ensuing chaos causes the Divine Mandate to shatter into seven statelets.

If Sergey Taboritsky manages to pull of the Herculean task of reuniting Russia under his leadership, his Holy Russian Empire will implode shortly after he dies, and a new set of warlord states will appear. These new warlords will not be able to reunite the country except in Arcade Mode.
