The Imperial Rule Assistance Political Association (Yokusan Seijikai in Japanese) is the ruling and only party in Japanese politics since the 1940s. Founded by prime minister Fumimaro Konoe as a mean to create a singular party to rule the Greater Japanese Empire without the factionalism of previous administrations. However over the past two decades while Japan has dominated the Pacific, growing factionalism and corruption has weaken the Association's unity.

This faction is compose of politicians who seek to preserve Japan's status quo as long as possible and are willing to do little reform.

Liberals[edit | edit source]

This faction lead by Sōkichi Takagi is compose of politicians that want to reform the Japan government to still be imperial in nature, but much impacted by the will of the people.

Reform Bureaucrats[edit | edit source]

This faction lead by Okinori Kaya is compose of politicians that want to transition Japan from a one party state into a Technocracy where the power of the zaibatsus are restricted, the military is placated, and the corruption and partisanship within the Yokusankai is destroyed, while the Japanese economy can be fine tune for maximum efficiently.

A faction of technocrats who want to reform Japan from the ground up to both better serve the Japanese middle-class and weaken the power of the Zaibatsus.

A highly conservative faction that seeks to preserve Japan corporatist system at all cost.

A faction of independent politicians that seek to reform Japan back into a multi-party democracy.
