An important center of the Incan Empire before Spanish colonization, Lima is now caught in the crossfire of the Japanese-American cold war. In the mostly uncharted territory of South America, Lima is a key geopolitical beachhead for both Washington and Tōkyō.

Zaibatsu businessmen are frequent visitors to the central business district of San Isidro, and the American embassy sees many peculiar figures pass by it. The question of which sphere of influence Lima, and by extension the rest of Peru, will fall into is still unanswered.
